Section 28.01 - Tribal Police Officers
28.01.01 Business Committee to Appoint
The Nisqually Business Committee may appoint one or more persons to serve as Tribal Police Officers who will be vested with authority to enforce the provisions of this Code and any further law, rule or regulations adopted by the Nisqually Business Committee.
